Our Sugar Kelp (Saccharina lattisima) has been gently smoked at 25 degrees for 4 days, to enhance the flavour profile, while still maintaining its nutritional properties. The gentle sweet flavour of this seaweed compliments the sharpness of the sundried tomatoes to complete risotto mix.
