Our Sea Spaghetti (Himanthalia elongata) has been gently smoked at 25 degrees for 4 days, to enhance the flavour profile, while still maintaining its nutritional properties. The wonderful mild flavour of this seaweed, with a nutty aftertaste is the perfect addition to this risotto mix.
