Seaweed used: Alaria Flakes
We have taken a simple Protein Ball recipe and added the delicious and nutritious Alaria flakes to the mix to enhance the flavour. We hope you enjoy making these at home or in school :)
- 2 tbsp Alaria Flakes

80g porridge oats

80g cashew nuts

80g deseeded dates

80g coconut oil

Place ingredients in a blender

Blitz until smooth

Roll the mixture into bite-size balls
- Coat them in coconut flakes
Chef's tip: We've added food dye to coconut flakes to create the Irish Flag
