Protein Balls


Seaweed used: Alaria Flakes

Energy Balls - Irish Flag

 

We have taken a simple Protein Ball recipe and added the delicious and nutritious Alaria flakes to the mix to enhance the flavour. We hope you enjoy making these at home or in school :)

 

  • 2 tbsp Alaria Flakes

  • 80g porridge oats

  • 80g cashew nuts

  • 80g deseeded dates

  • 80g coconut oil

Energy Balls Ingredients

 

  1. Place ingredients in a blender

  2. Blitz until smooth

  3. Roll the mixture into bite-size balls

  4. Coat them in coconut flakes

    Chef's tip: We've added food dye to coconut flakes to create the Irish Flag
